Los limites de la racionalidad
creo que hay que enfrentarse con los límites de la realidad y con los de la racionalidad porque si no lo hacemos ahora ¿cuándo lo vamos a hacer? Y Wnefron ya esto es empezar por algo, y si doy conceptos es porque la única herramienta de trabajo para desenmascarar la cuestión es el lenguaje. Y están ahí los he expresado o he creído expresarlos: el límite del objeto o argumento de relevancia (argumento de justificación y argumentos de explicacion concordantes), los límites culturales, los contextos de la cultura (clases sociales, educación, cultura lingüistica, rol social o familiar), los límites institucionales mismos (los organos decisionales), los límites ideológicos y simbólicos. A los ideológicos nos enfrentamos en estas páginas todos los días, pero nadie hace nada por aclararlos, a veces solo obedecen a anclajes familiares, culturales que no tienen que ver con razonamientos lógicos en sí, simplemente a estructuras de parentesco, al hecho institucional mismo, y los límites simbolicos y culturales de la lengua que hablamos, el poder institucional y sus simbolos terrritoriales, todo eso está presente también en el acervo inconsciente de la cultura y el individuo. Y no somos conscientes de ello hasta que no se manifiesta la desestructuración, la desinstitucionalización de algo o el encerramiento dogmatico en una cuestión intocable. El derecho es simplemente un poder de control institucionalizado más, no es el único pero es el último, es la última instancia de control. Por tanto hagamos todo lo posible antes de llegar a él de aprender una etica discursiva y procedimental entre los ciudadanos de a pie, eso es todo lo que quiero decir.
